BYOB Service Instructions:

1. After you fill out and submit a form, please checkout the unit type needed. Once the order is received, Please ship Hair to our P.O Box address 6339 Charlotte Pike #1216 Nashville Tn, 37209. All hair needs to be received at least ONE WEEK after order placement. If you're local you'll drop off your hair at 108 Madison station blvd Mon-Fri 9am-5pm please reach out to me before drop off.
2. Please make sure your package has your FIRST and LAST name on it, it needs to be the SAME name as your order.
3. ALL HAIR LENGTHS MUST BE LABELED IF THE HAIR IS NOT NEW! (Please send enough hair to make a FULL wig)…HOWEVER, WE RECOMMEND SENDING IN NEW BUNDLES!
4. ALL LACE OPTIONS MUST BE NEW! THIS IS REQUIRED!
