  • The Wig Artist provides top quality units, with that being stated, ALL sales are final. NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Once an order is placed NO additional changes can be made, if you submitted the incorrect head measurements you have 24 hours after placing the order to email us the correct measurements for unit construction. Once that grace period has passed, your unit will be constructed with the provided measurements on your order.

  • Please make sure you provide your correct head measurements in the text box on your order. Failure to provide measurements will result in your unit being constructed in the average (22-22.5) circumference size.

  • If you provide the incorrect measurements, The Wig Artist is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units. However, we will gladly remake the unit for you with the correct measurements, this will result in a remake fee. Further instructions will be provided.

  • If providing bundles for BYOB services all bundles must be CLEAN, FREE OF THREAD, AND LABELED (length) however we strongly suggest sending in NEW bundles, the lace of your choice MUST BE NEW this is required. ALL hair must be received within a week from order placement, shipments sent in after the week grace period may affect the processing time. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with additional instructions for PO Box.

  • We do NOT accept rush orders. All orders will be handled accordingly, in which order they've been received.

  • The Wig Artist is NOT responsible for any delayed or lost packages after you receive your tracking number.

  • In the event of damaged or imprecise units due to the shipping handling, please contact us ASAP and we will handle any discrepancies accordingly.
